Colonie is a visual-sonic choreography of ants moving between interconnected nests. Te installation metaphorically illustrates aspects of ant behavioral patterns and paths of communications between anthills.
Ant colonies can be perceived as super-organism, with its own homeostatic responses and flexibility in its actions. The installation exists in the interstices of reality and fiction as it reconstructs organic patterns into a fabricated visual and sonic landscape.
